What began as an unfinished lower level in 2011 gradually became a vision for something more; a space rooted in connection, comfort, and community. Over the years, we transformed our home and outdoor acreage into a welcoming retreat designed to bring people together and create lasting memories.

Connecting with others and putting them at ease is our strong suit. Devon is a creative thinker while Debbie is down to earth with a sense of openness. We purchased our home with an unfinished lower level in 2011. At the time, we both remarked how we could turn the lower level into a short term rental. In the subsequent years, however, we focused on transforming the outdoor space to be a haven of comfort, relaxation, and fun for our friends, family, and community. In 2024, we shifted our energy indoors, transforming the lower level to be a welcoming home away from home for friends and guests alike.
Whether it’s a small gathering around the fire for conversation and S’mores, hosting children at Halloween with Spooky Acres for a nearby Elementary school, or fourth of July campouts and fireworks, our passion and flair for hosting others is endless.
